In the end, you are left with a sense of bewilderment. You start ruminating about the nature of it all. Was this some kind of twisted art experiment?
Or were we just living in a simulation gone wrong?

Dreadful Day Ever
It all started with a case of morning hair. I couldn't do it to look right. As I was running out the door, I stumbled and landed all over my new shoes. To make matters worse, I was totally running behind for a very important appointment.

It all started out horribly with a simple mishap/incident/screw-up. But then it went from bad to absolutely terrible. A series/chain/cascade of unfortunate/awful/disastrous events unfolded/occurred/piled on top each other, leaving me feeling like I was in a nightmare/horror movie/comedy of errors. It's the kind of situation where you just want to throw your hands up.
